What is the delivery time?
United Kingdom: 6-14 days (free shipping over £99)
USA/Canada: 8-16 days (free shipping over £99)
Rest Of Europe: 10-18 days (free shipping over £99)
Rest Of World: 12-20 days (free shipping over £99)
We aim to process orders within 24-72 hours for a speedy delivery experience.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
How long does it take to process a return?

What if I received a defective or incorrect item?

Can I return an item without the original packaging?
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns without original packaging or with missing tags may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.

What happens if my order has already been shipped?
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At this point, you will need to wait for the order to be delivered and then follow our return process if you wish to return the items.
