Returns – 30 Days

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Return Shipping

Because international shipping fees are very high, we generally do not recommend returning items unless necessary. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest using a trackable service and/or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Quality Issues

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an item with a genuine quality issue or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Instead of returning the item, we may offer a reasonable compensation or partial refund as a quicker, more cost-effective solution.
